      Well Pizza is a necessity too. We have really good authentic Mexican food here in northern Colorado. Plenty of places to choose from.

      I'm not crazy about most of the pizza offerings around here.  Couple that with a general lack of Tex/Mex ... heck, even when I'm back there, one of my must gets is Taco John's.
