My son was asked for, and submitted, a voice demo for the PA position today. Very excited for him. I listened to his demo. I thought he sounded a little like the former guy. I'd imagine a decision is going to come soon for a replacement.

I missed my brothers wedding because he scheduled it in November on a Colorado game day. His wife was pissed. I didn't care. That game has been scheduled far enough in advance that you shouldn't have to make a choice. Tell your brother you'll make it to his next one.

My brother is a punting/kicking instructor with his own school. He worked with the punters at Illinois before last season. The kid showed a lot of improvement, finishing high in the conference and national rankings. He wanted to work with Sam but the previous staff would never get back to him. He'd make him great.

I figure 9 wins is probable, but won't be surprised if it is 10. Scoring points hasn't really been a problem, so any improvement by the defense will go a long way in improving the w/l record. And you have to be optimistic that there will be improvement in the defense.
