    I don't think we will win the West, because I don't see us beating both Wisconsin and Ohio State. I think we are a 7 or 8 win team though. This team is still way better than anything we have seen the last few years.

    If this is the case, he would be out anywhere from 2-6 weeks.

    Yeah it isn't going to change over night. I know fans want results now, but it isn't a reality. Give him 3+ years to recruit the guys he wants for his system and then judge. Nobody was expecting us to win the National Title this year anyway, so don't overreact to our first game where we lost a heartbreaker.

    You can play 4 games and still have the redshirt. So, he would be a redshirt freshman if he is out for the rest of the year.

    I learned that our defense has a chance to be really good. The secondary is still a concern, but that front 7 is solid.
