  1. I mean it really depends on what the opinion is about. If a white person wants to have an opinion about someone elses culture, their opinion may matter less than someone say from that culture. Also you say you want everyone to care about everyone, including you, yet the two threads you decide to start are about how white people and men are really the victims in todays society.
  2. I want to say Gebbia too but I really think its impossible to say at this point. I think any of those 3 could end up as the starter.
  3. Of course the other side is a bunch of hypocritcal wackadoos. It seems to be how everyone feels regardless of affiliation these days. I am as caught up in it as anyone. To me it seems your position is that you want everyone to care about you and people like you, but you don't want to care about anyone but yourself and those like you. If you can't understand how you, as a white person, are privilaged in this country and claim to be the victim of racism when someone tries to point that out to you, I'm not sure what else to say.
  4. Whites aren't having their opinions suppressed? No one is silencing whites. Acknowledging that white people have things just a little bit easier because they are white isn't surpressing or silencing anyone
  5. The fact that you are using Martin Luther King to defend your view the term white privilage is racist is all i need to know. The test being flawed does not equate to bias not being real. Global warming is real but its a real privilage you won't have to deal with the consequences, isn't it?
  6. Dr. Kings dream was that all people were treated equally in this country not that everyone in the country be colorblind. And I know what you mean by that term so don't think I mean colorblind literally. The term 'colorblind' is so wrong and off base its hilarious. Its absolutely unattainable. The fact of the matter is no one is blind to someone elses ethnicity and all people have subconcious biases. That will not change. What can change is tolerance and acceptance of all people.
  7. Sounds like men need to stop being lazy and pick themselves up by the bootstraps
  8. Casting a broad net over illegals as lawless felons is the exact bs I'm talking about that makes it hard to even start the conversation. Again, the FACTS are illegal immagrants commit felonies and crimes that "hurt real people" (violence, sexual assualt, drugs, what have you) at a lesser rate than citizens and thats even if you break that down into ethnicity. And it makes sense, most illegal immagrants aren't looking to cause trouble and end up back where they started. People try to come here legally but the fact of that matter is it is very difficult to come here legally in a timely manner without a large sum of money. People don't have time to wait around in these places people are coming from. Alot of times, "illegals" were also once here legally but their visa has expired. Alot of these people are highly skilled contributors to our society. Alot of people who just came here for better opportunity are good hard working contributors to our society. Its a more complex issue than well they are all criminals get them the hell out.
  9. The thing that is complete BS is when you make it seem as if a majority of illegal citizens are drug dealers and rapists when the facts say they are actually one of the most law abiding groups of people outside of laws regarding citizenship
  10. Then you wpuld know illegal aliens are less likely to engage in criminal activity(outside of being here illegaly, working here illegaly, ect.) Than the citizens of the United States. There are alot of people here illegally. Not very many of them are criminals but its just a very visable minority that is used for political warfare https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/fact-checker/wp/2018/01/18/trumps-claim-that-immigrants-bring-tremendous-crime-is-still-wrong/

  14. First, an "offer" could potentially just mean this team is talking to me. Second, schools do put out hundreds of offers every cycle. Its a numbers game in a sense.
  15. Commie socialist scum Donald Trump
  16. I'd argue the worst generation of men is the oldest. Just because a generation of young men are learning to be more respectful of all people and not just go get theirs no matter the cost to others doesn't mean they dont have any idea how to be men. I know yall like to have this concieved idea of young people but yall were the damn kids at one point too that older generations thought was completely lost. I think that idea is hilarious. Our generation will move the culture forward in a more productive way than any generation before it and the next generation after that will likely do the same. Its the way the world has always worked. "The young generation does things different so they must be broken" no we are progressing and things aren't going to be the same decade to decade. So just because we want to make sure everyone is involved in prosperity and equality doesn't mean we are lost and have no idea how to be men.
  17. Conservatives white dudes will always have approval so no need to worry ric

  21. After getting into the routine of it I would bet even the players will like the AM practices. Getting going first thing in the morning really feels great and not only does it give the players more time in the afternoon, but they are going to be more energized and productive with their day as a whole.
  22. HA! This isn't the place but boy do i have so much to say about this. Also, no one is trying to repeal the second amendment but the interperetation was greatly streched within the last century and that is a fact
