I kinda hope this kid turns out to be a bust. Not only because he is going to Ohio state but because he is bailing on his HS teammates. He could be the 1st NIL cautionary tale.

I believe it said he had coached at the HS level. I am aware that there are a lot of great players that are not good coaches and I believe that's because what made them great is not always coachable. He's played for a few really good coaches and could impart some of his gained knowledge onto some of these running backs. He could be like one the 20 people that aren't coaches at Alabama that are actually coaches.

did anyone else read the article that said Ahman Green would be up to taking a coaching position at Nebraska? I'ld hire him.

You know a chronically injured player who broke my heart?? Mike Brown. Was a husker and healthy. Gets drafted by my Bears. Then chronic injuries cut his (could have been hall of fame) career short. Totall bummer

I had a teammate in college who would dissapear at parties and we would find him talking to the female shotput throwers from the track team. We would rib him about liking bigger girls. He finally said yeah i like big girls, they need lovin too. I said yes they do, but not from me so thanks Kurt.

I liked what I saw in the spring game. He seems like the most complete back. He looked a step or two faster than the other guys and still has good size and got some yac. Seemed to have good vision too. Should improve with reps

Can we stop talking about Mo Washington. Even if he didn't have behavioral problems he still would have been a what if guy. He would take himself out after running a couple of plays acting like he was hurt. He was always hurt after a fumble or negative play. Losers limp personified

this upsets me more than anything. I can understand having a kicker who can't make field goals (i'm a bears fan). But not being able to cover kickoffs or punts worth a damn is frustrating. also not really having a punt return game worth anything.

I think people tend to forget that they are also just people. I've hung out with and met a few famous athletes and celebrities and I never once thought about asking for an autograph (worked at a place in Chicago that they would frequent). I would much rather have the experience of saying "yeah I'm not a tool and didn't ask for an autograph so we actually had a conversation and hung out and had a beer". Way better than saying I waited 2hrs in line to get this overpriced jersey signed.

My uncle is big into sports memorabilia. He always got me to do his dirty work when I was younger and get people's autographs. I hated it. I once waited in line for Kareem Abdul Jabar. He was at a sports store in the mall signing autographs. I didn't know he was there and didn't have anything for him to sign so I just shook his hand and left. also I'm on board with your buddy. only place a football jersey belongs is on shoulder pads of who is supposed to be wearing. Hate jerseys.

yeah I've heard the panhandle is just south Alabama. I've driven through but not spent any time there.
