if we end up hiring Frost, I sure hope he is the solver and savior of all our problems like everyone seems to think on here. I mean, I do like the guy and think he would be a good hire. I just think a lot of people are a little more optimistic than I on believing he will come here and make us the next Alabama in the five years or less we will give this guy before we can him. Now that we are terrible we all say that we just want to consistantly win the west and go to the conference championship regularly. But let's be honest, unless he consitantly has only one or two losses a year, our fans won't be happy, just like with some of the other past coaches. I'm not quite sure that even if Saban was our head coach and Urban Meyer was an assistant coach that our program and its many challenges would be able to convert our program to the level of Alabama or Ohio State. But hey, I do like the thought of my future unborn children being able to see Nebraska compete again in ten or so years. Fingers crossed.... I just am not calling anyone our savior and don't expect one person to come in and do miracles.

Illegal formation, too many players on the field at one time, all the other damn penalties. THIS IS COACHING!!!!

Best case scenario, we lose by a touchdown or two. I would like to see this team really grind it out and play hard nose ,sound, fundamental football. Give us and these recruits visiting something to be proud of. At the end of the game I want our crowd to stand up and cheer for this team's effort. If I see this, I would consider this a win.

People throwing out Scott Frost's name is pretty comical. I had a buddy who lived in Cedar Falls, and he was at a bar drinking and had a few with Scott Frost. Frost was a coach there at the time. He asked if he is going to come back and coach at Nebraska some day. The only thing he said was, "f#*k Nebraska" and changed the subject.

So... how many recruits are we losing today? Coaching and team looks like a joke. Fans booing. Smh....

The fans leaving early definitely does not look good for recruits. However, people go to games to be entertained and when flag were being thrown every other play, refs were stopping and discussing every play amongst themselves, taking time to review multiple plays, and Diaco's defense was allowing the same play to be ran over and over again..... it was not very entertaining and was like watching paint dry. The game dragged on way too long and the OC shoulda capitalized on the lead and closed it out convincingly.

I just have to say that maybe I am bias, but this weekend has been a great weekend to get the attention of these top recruits like Parsons. Tickets to Kendrick and now the Crawford fight have a Nebraska football theme to it shown on ESPN. Very happy with the past couple of days....

Dude runs with some power. If we got this guy instead of Cain I would not be too upset. Has plenty of potential that is for sure.
