  1. The fact that Haarberg was 3rd string QB for the last two years and most likely in that same position coming into this year tells me what he is and its not grade A.. the fact that he has came in and gave us 4 wins is commendable at the very least... you cant get filet mignon out of ground beef but it seems like you can make a pretty good meatloaf... either way... ill take what is being served until the menu changes...
  2. Understand what you are saying but this is not a topic for a QB in his sophomore year playing at P5 level... the "repetition" should have already been done
  3. I learned that Nebraska hasn't had a +500 record since 2019... ugly or not.... ill take it..!! GBR..!!!
  4. Ive heard some of the same rumblings, with the "champions club" being moved into the west stadium...
  5. Rehire Carl. And keep White, Knighton, Copper and Dvoracek FIFY
  6. I think Raiola was cuffed last year and is servicing what is available this year.. Benhart, in my opinion, has improved and play in general has as well.. We have a group of RSF and Fr that I hope Raiolia is building body type and SC for an improved line next year..
  7. Agreed... lets get these next 4 wins and get a bowl game under our belt..
  8. OR how to stop the entire defense from crashing through the line...
  9. I think im going with the guy that DIDNT turnover the ball 7 times in two game...
  10. better work on the o-line first or it wont matter who is back there...
  11. after next week, im guessing you will have a different take... just say'n...
  12. Agreed... with that being said and the fact coming into this year grant was the presumed leader, a drop to #3 with the comments of "grant needs to work on ball control" and "if you cant handle the ball you cant play on this team" would insinuate he dropped because of that issue particularly... But that wasn't the discussion at hand.. it stemmed more from some opinion that a QB should have different criteria than an RB when it comes to play time due to fumbles (or mistakes in general).. in general yes... the QB handles the ball more often and has many more variables but when it is as egregious as Sims's issues have been (7 in 2 games) it is and was warranted... Sorry @Lorewarn for being a communist...!!! again..!!
  13. I see you want to go for the 4th day... Maybe after a week, you can celebrate your stubbornness by buying me a beer...?? Maybe not... I anxiously await your next attempt of redemption..
  14. and here it is 3 days later and you STILL don't get it.... but hey... thanks again for proving my point....
  15. we all know what the point was... I quoted it to show YOU didnt.... You just don't want to admit you were wrong... but its okay.... I know your kind, that's why I conceded long ago... I choose not to wallow
  16. okay.... well since what I said would happen, happened... ill say your comment is silly... great rebuttal though jr... now run along and play before it gets to dark outside...
  17. I say Rhule rolls with sims next week but keeps him on a very short leash with mental errors and turnovers
  18. love love love Hutmacher's play...!! and as much as ill take shyt with this comment... I actually feel Benhart has stepped up his game quite a bit... honorable mention..??
  19. HH worked the field especially after he settled in. game management and ball control was definitely better..
