    Wasn't Urban Meyer visiting him today, as well? Wouldn't surprise me one bit to see him or Fisher swoop in at the last minute with false promises and delusions of grandeur and snatch him up.

    From everything I've heard, he likes Nebraska - a lot - but he didn't fall in love with Nebraska, which is why there's still a crack in the door.

    All I know is that at the end of last season, I heard several people saying that the word around the rumor mill was that Bryant might not return at all, ever. I certainly hope that's not the case, because he flashed signs of greatness during his limited playing time.

    Can't find much info about his HS career at all. Doesn't look like he played much (if all) - seems to have started out in Denton (TX) and then maybe moved to Lafayette (LA)?

    He's listed at 6'3"... looks closer to 6'.

    One of our current targets (Cam'ron Jones) is set to visit them in January... wouldn't surprise me to see a flip following his visit. Ole Miss is as shady as they come.

    I think his draft status all depends on how her performs at the Combine. Apparently he is extremely impressive in those types of workouts, so there's a distinct possibility that a team will fall for his intangibles and take a chance on him. His decision-making is what needs the most work.

    Earlier this evening I was leaving Dave & Busters in New Orleans and a group of HUGE young men were coming in. Apparently they are town for the UA All-American game. I asked if any were Nebraska commits and no one spoke. I saw one huge guy wearing Wisconsin gear, another with Virginia Tech.

    The thing that scares me is that you know there's some shady stuff going on at Ole Miss. There's no way so many top-tier kids are choosing the Rebels over the past few days with all the stuff that program has hanging over its head right now, unless there's some shenanigans taking place. I hope Cam isn't swayed by their scandalous recruiting tactics.

    I'm kinda surprised that we didn't get more commits this weekend, but it is what it is. I still think we'll end up with a solid class, given the circumstances.

    Well, they did just land Shea Patterson who was the #1 QB in the country coming out of HS. Michigan is gonna be dangerous next year.
