Protecting his coaches...

TCU lost yesterday. Boston College is ahead in APR so win or lose they qualify before us. There are basically 9 games that affect this today and 8 must go our way. Michigan State, North Carolina, and Liberty are heavy favorites too, but I guess there's a chance...

We'll see what kind of salesmen we have for coaches. Finishing top 20 seems close to impossible at this point, but who knows. Maybe we get some flips from schools firing their coaches, but we've got to hold onto our commits too.

Wonder if we've stayed in contact here. With Missouri firing their HC, it would be nice to flip him. It would be a heck of a sales job though.

Hopefully the players, coaches, and recruits see that we aren't that far off. Slightly better effort, focus, execution, and play calling is a 4 win swing. Also, if you take out the 5* legacy Epinesa, I thought we looked comparable after the 1st quarter.

I might be in the minority here, but I would be okay with a platoon system at QB if done right. Not like they did it today, but each QB has packages and plays but gets entire drives, not random plays here and there. Adrian can get more power run game and passing plays (if his accuracy improves), Luke can get more speed run game and play action plays. If these guys are both truly team players, this could work, but they've got to buy in.

Right, how do you call that many lateral passes and not call the deep passes that are supposed to complement them?

Ideally I'd say: 3 more WR: Fleming, Manning, and another big WR like Justin Robinson 1 more ILB: Curtis??? or Hyppolite? 2 more OLB: Johnson? & Scott??? or Wren? 2 DB: Green-Warren & Francois Might want a DE if Coates wants in. Even after today, we definitely still need traction at LB.
