  1. I was thinking the same thing. One group in particular, RB room, I’ve never figured out why our RB’s aren’t utilizing a jump cut at the line of scrimmage to hit an outside hole that many times is there. Instead they just barrel into the back of the Oline. Are they not thought to read what’s happening up front? Are they not taught the footwork for moves like this? Seems like the talent is there for the group to be better.
  2. Impressive and well rounded list of people associated with it
  3. Too many systems in one sentence for my taste. I guess I didn’t really agree the judicial system was racist. I agreed that pockets of anomalies you have shown (quite honestly I didn’t even look into the link and see the methodology to see if it had a bias or not but just going by the assumption you checked everything out) could be considered racist. That certainly doesn’t mean most courtrooms or DA’s are racist in how they charge or sentence. But it shows some could be. It’s like the mortgage rate thing people point to for lending systemic racism. One study I looked at pointed out how blacks paid a higher interest rate, all things normalized (so they say without showing their work), and that was racist. Well it turns out, the interest rate was .08% higher and amounted to about $460 more over the life of a 30 year loan. That’s a rounding error almost on the interest paid
  4. One example as you stated does not make the entire US system and way of life racist. Systemic racism means just that. The entire system is racist. Most lefties here believe the US suffers from systemic racism. I don’t believe that to be true. There quite clearly could be pockets of bias against blacks that can’t be explained which would constitute racism.
  5. I think I’ve responded to much of, not all, of the evidence. No really responds to what I put out there except for basically saying, ok but what about the next thing or not responding at all. So, there’s that.
  6. Fwiw…I think Gosar should be replaced with a more sensible Republican and no one should lose a committee assignment because they vote for or don’t vote for a bill
  7. If he has/had a coaching background I’d find a spot for him if that brought his kid. It’s worth a coaching spot if he’s as good as they say. edit..or an analyst role
  8. I didn’t realize we were on a reply time frame that was convenient to you champ
  9. What’s the point of chiming in if you wizards claim to already know what will be said
  10. A portion of that 40% has either been previously infected or has a single dose of a dual dose vaccine regimen. Both offer some protection, prior infection almost the same amount as vaccinated, and add that into the fully vaccinated population and I believe that is why Jason thinking the way he is. Hoping I’m not putting words in his mouth.
  11. Maybe we aren’t talking the same thing. I don’t think I’ve seen a defense that does not want it’s front 4/5 get pressure on the QB when the other team is throwing the ball. Why would they want to eat up blocks for the linebackers unless it’s a designed blitz? the front four pressure allows more people in coverage.
  12. You seem to know not a lot about QB play.
  13. I agree that it’s on him for too stubborn to realize that AM is not and never will be the QB talent he envisioned to run his offense. I don’t believe there is anymore potential to unlock in the passing game. AM is what he is. A running QB who can hit some open receivers from time to time. I’ve said so before. I’m not buying the “broken jaw”. If he has a high ankle sprain and it’s affecting him, that’s also on Frost for playing a QB that is hurt and incapable of playing well during crunch time (as noted by his play in four minute offense the pst few years)
  14. Stroud is an example of this. He wasn’t really going anywhere with his legs yesterday, but he knew where to throw the ball for the most part. His decision making reflected someone who knows how to read a defense, knows who will likely be open based on the look. He also made some bad decisions reflective of a first year red shirt freshmen starter. His skill set is what this offense needs. If thebQB can run a little great. But that is a far second in line of what they need to be looking at.
  15. Absolutely and it’s amazing some people can’t seem to grasp this. It’s such a killer in the passing game. This offense will click so much better if/when it has a QB who can pre-read a defense and understand where the ball should go, and quickly get to the next option when #1 is not available. (Along with better tackle play which is a given)
  16. Plus complete one of the easiest 7 yrd throws of the game. Something a first or second year starter should do much less a 4th year starter
  17. One of the bigger frustrations for me when looking at and watching the offense is this.
  18. Talking Defense this is what I see for next year: Dismuke and Williams can be replaced with existing talent and not much drop off at all if any and probably will be upgraded after some early in-game experience. CTB makes some great plays, and also some boneheaded ones. May take a small step backwards at that spot but not as much as what people think. Inside linebackers will improve (at least history shows this) JoJo will be very tough to replace. Someone will need to step up or recruit a transfer DLine, Stille has been good but for the most part, this years DLine doesn’t get consistent pressure so I don’t see how next year can really be worse.
  19. Or a competent QB when it counts could fix much of it
  20. Unless there is nuclear war, he won’t be wrong Idiots in action
  21. This would be where my thought process is at too. Policy shouldn’t be backward looking.
  22. I didn’t actually recruit anyone and am on record of wanting him replaced.
  23. And how do you exactly know this? Logan looked fine when he was in and the coaches are on record in interviews saying AM is the starter because of his experience. That’s quite different than saying AM’s ability is so much better and not even close to LS, which is what you are saying
