Man the damage that will occur to those downtown businesses with no sports will be catastrophic. So many businesses depend on those seasons to be profitable.

Delaney was rated pretty low if I recall correctly. He ended up getting quite a bit of attention later in the cycle. Trust Fischer

If I had to throw out some names that might departure I could see W. Farniok moving on, Lynn is young but he might get buried (I know he’s young I just like some other guys more), and I could see Sichtermsn going the grad transfer route if he gets beat out.

Not sure how much it really effected things but I heard he was unhappy with the coaches love for Wandale. Supposedly he was pissed off that the coaches were designing so many plays and packages to get Wandale touches instead of him.

Bottom line is, we win more games, we get kids like this. Until we do it’s gonna be tough

Hopefully this works out better than the last time we recruited twin brother receivers from Texas.

We follow this team and these players so closely we get biased and think we’re better than we are. The proof is right here in front of us now. We have failed miserably at recruiting and developing talent and it is very clear right now via the last two drafts and likely next year as well.

No doubt, I know he likes it here and has hit it off with a lot of our other recruits but he also wants to win. I think that will be the story for many recruits this fall, we need to put a better showing on the field if we want to win these kind of battles.

No idea but if I had to take a wild guess it’d be Francois. Based on nothing other than I think the rest of our early enrollees seem pretty solid

Hopefully he commits early. Fortunate to have a bunch great talent in our backyard for once. Thomas and Teddy, and if we could reel in Dickerson would be the cornerstone to a potentially great class.

That’s not what I meant. I meant did frost start looking because he was unhappy with how Walters was performing or did he start looking cause Walters was trying hard to move on and found some good options. Then decided just to move on instead of keeping Walters around for another year with a foot out the door and have to deal with that in recruiting etc.

That's also what I'm wondering..If Frost wasn't happy with his performance or if he was just trying that hard to get a different job and Frost felt that he has just as good or better options maybe he just said c-ya.

This. Love that they get a shot to see the field, but I was pretty frustrated by what seemed like an all walk-on kick return team. I have a hard time thinking we can't get somebody more explosive than Brody Belt to return a kick.

I sat by Teddy Prochazka and T.J. at the Indiana game, he was amped up during the game and seemed to hit it off with Teddy and some of the other guys. Will be a battle with Wisky. I’m guessing he is one of the top couple guys on their board for next year.

Are you just assuming he can’t block cause he’s a little smaller?? He was one of the best blockers on the team even as a tight end which is part of the reason they moved him. I think he struggled at the beginning if the season simply cause it was his first live action at center and that’s not an easy position to play. He played pretty damn good down the stretch if you actually watched him.....

I think there was a lot more than that in regards to being late to team meetings, not going to the training table and stuff along those lines that frost doesn’t tolerate. Also heard he whipped his d1@k out in front of a bunch of girls on the volleyball team and that was the last straw/“ but that may be a B.S. rumor.

I would think Fidone is pretty much a lock. T.J. Bollers is gonna be another battle with Wisconsin that I really hope we can win out.

Shout out to all the walk-ons that signed their NLI today as well. My brother is one of them so I’m pretty biased but this is another great walk-on class. GBR!
