    Rhule is so much more organized. Scott and his crew were in over their heads from the start. I think that we're going to see that Matt and his staff do very well here.

    You have to be encouraged by the recruiting efforts of coach Rhule and his staff. They’re really getting after it. It seems like we’ve gotten a really, really good coach.

    I think that's correct. We couldn't quite keep up and it was limiting us. It was recognized that the game had changed, that we needed to incorporate more speed into our play to increase our competitiveness.

    Never took himself too seriously. Gave his time whenever he could. Had a brilliant mind. His sense of humor could make anyone's day brighter. Thank you coach Leach for everything and going out a true winner.

    It'll be more complementary to the defense I believe. More game control through time of possession. I really do think that Rhule wants to establish a reliable running game.
