    Haha...I just started eating it in the summer of '08...now I wanna learn to make it. It is addicting. My daughter took a class last year, she's a freak about damn near everything Japanese. If you got questions I'm sure she will answer them if she can.

    Well I told my wife this is what I want for our anniversary, so I think there's a great chance I'll be there since Blacksburg is only a few hours away.
