The UFL is definitely loving Omaha. They'll be announcing the 6th team for the 2011 season at the end of this month, followed by 2 more teams later for a total of 8 teams for 2011.

Yeah I just caught that too. I'm curious if Bush will have his Heisman reneged? Doubt it, but you never know. I read something a while back that most of the Heisman voters wouldn't vote to renege his trophy

I didn't know there was really much "tail-gating" in Lincoln. Seems like most people just go to the bars before hand. I've been to a few "tail-gates" in Lincoln. One was about 10 cars cluster-f#cked into an empty lot and the other was a private "members" only type deal which was just a bunch of people with $$ sitting in their oversized RVs

If there does end up being 4, 16-team conferences, I think you'll see the talent spread out a little thinner over all the schools.

You mean Syracuse or Pitt? If it takes two more to get to 14, how does adding 3 more get to 16? Personally, I'd like to see Pitt over Syracuse. Yeah. We can't take everybody.
