Callahan has been one of the most well-respected OL coaches in the league, and this is another example (certainly not the first and only) of that. Feel free to disagree with the opinion of his peers, just understand that it's based not on reality but out of disappointment over how his tenure here ended.

Yes I really disagree with his peers because coaches love to blow smoke up each other's asses. They do it all the time.

The reality is he hasn't had sustained success anywhere he's coached. So it's absolutely based on reality.
