Wow! Really thought there would be a little more buzz about the game this AM. Maybe it's just too early? I was really impressed with the athleticism shown by this team. Shields is a stud! Petteway is a beast! Webster flashed SOOO much potential! Pitchford! Are you kidding me?! An athletic big man!! OMG I'm sooo fired up about this season after last night!!! And WITHOUT Gallegos and Biggs! How can Husker Nation not be ampped about this team? I've officially climbed back on the band wagon! Lookin' forward to stayin' for awhile! I think you make some thought provoking points for sure. I will say that after last's nights game those things that need to be fixed a fairly apparent, My concern is that these are things we have seen for about 3 games now.

I haven't posted in a long while but just feel compelled to chime in today. While I'm disappointed with last night's outcome, with the exception of the win, I'm still mildly optimistic. Check back with me after the next couple of games on that. That said... I think we really have to give Christensen credit for keeping the defense guessing. Keep in mind, this is his first year calling the offense for the Cowboy's so I'm thinking that MAY have been a difficult scout. Finally, Give Brett Smith ALL KINDS OF CRED! Kid is flat out a baller. Every damn time I thought we had him dead to rights that slippery MF would side step and make a GREAT throw on the move and he made some GREAT throws into double and even triple coverage. Kid was amazing last night. I won't be surprised to see him in the league a la Russel Wilson.

yeah...i noticed this as well. I think these past few weeks have something to do with it. I know I for one spent A LOT of emotional energy in the past 4 home games. I also think the general attitude was that we were gonna win the game and the way things played out that was never in doubt.

i completely agree with boobs, although i would say i think boobs and boobs will be just fine next year replacing boobs. as far as boobs and boobs anchoring the boobs, well, how can it not be better. i mean, theyre still boobs, with another year of boobs under their belt.
