I hope it's not Chinooks! I would hate for our Government to think they are loaded with Special Forces and have them shot down over the stadium! Then we would have this whole crappy Black Saturday thing going on. The Blackhawks would be pretty sweet!

I'm not sure on the points, I guess if I had to I would say NU covers. I watched the Freson/Cal game tonight and Fresno's O line is pretty bad, I'm thinking our D will put points on the board for us. Lets just hope NU comes out mad.

I am scheduled to have Dish Network installed next weekend. That had much lower prices for what I need and I get a free sling box which to me is an awesome deal. When I told the rep at the Cox store I was leaving them for Dish Network because the price was much lower they didn't seem to care and gladly cancelled my service. The Sling Box is a very cool thing to have!

We walked in, got in the receivers line and an hour and 20 minutes later after we got their autographs we left cause there wasn't enough time to hit another line.

I gave away my PS3 about a year ago for similar reasons, not so much for physical health (although that played into it), but for mental and spiritual reasons. I wonder if this will get a lot of publicity from politicians using it as a platform. I just bought another Xbox for mental reasons, don't care much for anything spirtual................But thats another topic. I'm sure this story will just get filed in the sterotype file, everybody that plays video games are fat, have no job, no life and live in their moms basement. I play a lot of games, I'm not sure how I hold down a job, deal with 2 kids, have a life and stay fit as a fiddle.

I have to disagree with you about direct tv. Ive had it for 10 years now and theyre the best service provider Ive ever dealt with. My cousin has dish and his HD picture is nowhere near as good as mine. Plus he is always complaining about the customer service. I have to disagree with your disagree. If his HD is not as good as yours it's either because of a bad connection or the type of tv. My HD on Dish looks almost 3D at times, thats not really a plus for Dish, it's the fact that I have a brand new Sony LED\LCD tv. Saying one customer service is better then the other is like argueing over the color black in the uniform thread. DISH has great customer service, but sometimes you are the lucky one that gets the idiot. I don't go off of what friends or co-workers tell me, I have had both Direct and Dish. I stuck with Dish because the signal didn't get lost in storms as much as Direct, Dish was cheaper for the same quality and more programming and they had more options on buying single channels. Other then that they are pretty similiar. One bonus for new Direct tv customers is that you get NFL Sunday Ticket for free if you sign up, If you have Dish just have your angry woman call and tell them you are switching to Direct, mine did and got us the Sunday ticket for about 75% off. I don't know about Direct because I wasn't with them very long, but with being a long time DISH customer my equipment upgrades are really cheap. I just got rid of our last old receiver and replaced it with a new 2 room HD\DVR receiver and it cost a little over 60 bucks and that was installation included. Whatever you choose just be happy! We get a hell of a lot more free Husker football! @Husker37, From what Dish told me, they are not a localized company like some of these Cable providers so the coverage in Nebraska is the same as everybody else across the nation.

Why should autographs just be for kids? I don't have any use for autographs, so don't think I'm one of those guys.... I'm just not understanding why adults shouldn't get them. Isn't that like saying adults shouldn't try to catch foul balls, we should let the kids have them? I go after fouls when I'm at a game. I figure those kids have their whole lives to catch a foul ball, while me - I'm half dead already! I don't have the time to wait! True story - I got a foul ball at a SaltDogs game their first year in Lincoln. Bounced in some empty seats and rolled down to me. All I had to do was pick it up. I'd been looking for a foul ball for 25 years, from a kid to an adult, and that was my first. But there's this little guy, like four years old or something, sitting two seats away from me giving me these puppy-dog eyes all game long. ALL GAME LONG. About the sixth inning or so he's turning into a pumpkin so his mom packs him up to go home, and he leaves with this one last, heartbreaking look. So.... like a schmoe, after waiting all those years, I chased the kid and mom halfway up the steps and gave him the ball. I got a standing ovation from our section as I went back down. My wife was super proud of me and I got a reward when we got home BUT. I'm 40 and I still have no foul ball from any game, ever, anywhere. So screw those kids. I'm getting my foul ball when the time comes. No more puppy-dog eyes. I can just imagine it's the same for guys who collect autographs. Why? if I get an autographed football from Martinez there's already a good chance that he goes pro. Maybe he'll become one of the greatest QBs of all time, and that football will be worth a fortune! As an adult I have never been impressed or fasinated enough by any sports figure or movie star to feel the need to have their autograph, seems like a kids thing to me. Now if I had the chance to pick 2 or 3 people to sit down and talk to for an hour or so I would be all over that. As far as the million dollar autograph goes, I guess if Martinez goes pro I will kick my kids butt for not getting it when he had the chance.

I am glad they moved fan day to Friday! For the first time I will finally be able to take the kids. I would have to agree with the discussion on 1620 the other day, anybody over the age of 14 asking for an autograph should be kicked out!

Same here, got tired of Direct TV's weak ass signal and moved to DISH years ago and have had the BTN since it started.

I enjoy how playing video games instantly means that you "sit on your ass all day"......
