The position rankings are based on fantasy football since that is my main topic I write about. McCoy is a way better quarterback than Potts but for fantasy consideration Texas Tech QB's are studs. One of the hardest games to pick was the KU NU game. I really hope Nebraska can beat them, we certainly have more talent but a lot of it is just unproven right now.

Are there any places in Lincoln that are having signing day parties/events? I was wondering because last year I heard about a sports bar having one and this year I would love to go.

Why don't we have a big time Junior Day? I know the spring game is a big draw and the weather is a little nicer, but I would think Nebraska would want every advantage possible. It would be great to get big time targets to see our facilities and get a look at our program. It would also give the coaches another chance to evaluate players in person. I know it takes a lot of planning and time but I would think we could pull it off.

I talked to a Florida fan about why we keep losing out on WR recruits this year even though we had a good passing offense this year. Even though Nebraska fans know we have great QB's here and coming in, he said the rest of the country is unsure. I really hoped Omigie was going to be N, best of luck to him.

With QB being such an important position schools usually take at least 1-2 QB's each year regardless of who they already have. You never know what will happen and it is nice to have capable QBs on the team. Another thing is that I am glad to see Nebraska going after great athletes at the QB position!

Yes, LSU turned down a lot of big names for this guy. No shot for NU IMO, too many other big offers.

Listed on Scout as a Top 100 player...also a 4* and from what I can tell the top rated OG as of right now.

I think his brother has had some bad experiences at Miami and might transfer.

I dont think we will see Burkhead or Heimuli visit this game. I would definately love to see Orson Charles come but have not heard anything more than rumors. Also heard Giles may cancel his trip but I sure hope not.

Rumor is that Giles is pretty solid with the gamecocks and that he may cancel his trip to Lincoln. IMO if he does come he commits.

I heard Burkhead will not be able to come for the game.

I think Iowa is getting a heck of a player. I wish Bo would have offered him at RB he could have been a stud running for the Big Red. I think the new staff needs to recruit Iowa harder. It seems like we lost out on all the big recruits this year.

Can't say i've experienced CU fans but I went down to a game at K-State and got my car hit in with a bat and saw a girl get felt up (against her wishes) by drunk wildcat fans. The worst part about the whole experience was that the Skers lost. Luckily i've been back since and the fans were more respectful and Nebraska took care of business!

Heres to hoping he has a full recovery. That has to be a tough injury for a stud high school prospect, hopefully our staff is supporting him and giving him the medical advice he needs.

I just think it is great we are going bowling. As someone else said every senior defensive player gets a blackshirt for the bowl game practices, at least thats the way it used to work. So if the team has not earned them before then...at least the seniors will get them.

I forgot that he redshirted his freshman year. I think him leaving will have a lot to do with what Pinkel does in the offseason.

Even though Ganz does not have a lot of starting experience he has shown that he can be very productive and that he can handle being a leader on the field. However he does not have the arm strength to be an NFL quarterback. You have to make certain throws in the NFL because of the great athletes on defense. I think Ganz is a great college quarterback and I hope he gets his shot but I doubt he will be playing on Sundays.

I have been down to Norman a few times and the fans are very knowledgable and friendly. More respectful to the opposing teams than many of the other big 12 venues ive been to. Of course this will be my first time going down there for a NU game and it will be interesting to see how I am treated. I hope that with Bo now in charge OU and NU can restore the mutual respect we once shared with this rivalry. Also does anyone know a place in Lincoln that sells an NU/OU rivalry type shirt?

Article sounds promising and it looks like the huskers are a lock for his top 4. Hopefully we will take care of business next time he visits.
