Is it troubling that we have had to practice our QB's inside bc of the wind the last 2 practices and that is the same wind we usually play in towards the end of the season. I know it is just practice and you want to get good work in but that is what we are building our offense around.
I'm just saying that there are plenty of things we could be working on, execution-wise, that have nothing to do with the wind. There isn't a reason to squander practice time fighting it at this point.
Personally I would like to see them execute without wind first......then we can worry about these other possible eventualities. Anyway, if it's that windy, it might be time to lean on an effective run game.
everyone freaks out that nebraska threw 48 passes against purdue in that wind. but no one remembers that purdue threw the ball 43 times in that same wind. and they were winning (sometimes by huge margins)
