It has to be tough to come back from that type of injury and I take my hat off to him. Lets just hope he does have that break out game. I have to agree with you but I do think this program has made huge strides this season and it only looks brighter for the future. This season still could match us up with a couple of top programs before it's over{ Texas again} and who knows what team we might meet in a bowl game. We may not be all the way back yet but we are headed in the right direction. GBR!!!

Even tho I want USC again, I would like to play N.D. I would like to see us in the Fiesta Bowl. I could get to that game. Just an hour and half or less from here. GBR!!!

I was thinking the same thing after watching the double reverse and Lucky's throw. I don't think we have seen half of what Callahan has in his play book. Give him two more recruiting classes and he and Coz will be the talk of the Big 12. I just hope we can get a q/b that will stick around for 4 yrs and learn this system. Once Coz gets the db's he needs, we will be able to match up with the top receivers. He had a great game plan against Texas and really helped the db's in that game. His defensive play calling has to be a little watered down with Bowman out and a couple of other players he was counting on. You don't go four deep at d/b and safety and they can step right in and not miss a beat. I only see this program moving up. GBR!!!

I hope this puts to rest all the negative comments about whether coach Callahan is a good coach or not. He has this program back on its way where we expect Husker football to be. I was proud of this team today and I wouldn't want to be Mizzo coming in next week. Will see Texas again on Dec 2nd. GBR!!!!

Arizona is starting to get players who can turn this team around, they just have to get rid of Dennis Green. His days of a good NFL coach ended in Minn, when the Vikings in the fourth quarter against the Falcons in the NFC championship game had a 3rd down at mid field, one time out, 30 seconds left on the clock, R. Moss, Chris Carter two of the best receivers in the game at the time and he had them take a knee in stead of trying to get into field position for at least a field goal try. There has to be a better coach out there some where. What I here out here is he's probably gone after the season after that embarrassment last night against Da Bears.

I don't think Coach C thinks we can wear them down running the ball. They are stockpiled like the Huskers of old in their o/l and d/l 3 deep. I think he comes out with a good game plan and if we cut down on the turn overs we will win this game, but it won't be easy. I think coach Coz will show some new looks that hes had in his play book that he's been holding back on because he hasn't had to use them yet. At least I hope he has. I hope they open up the whole play book and throw every thing we have at Texas this is the biggest game left on the schedule for us to make a statement. GBR!!!

I thought the black shirts played as hard as I have ever seen them. I kept thinking, can they keep this up all game. No worry there, very impressive. Did anyone hear how McKeon is doing and what type of injury he had? One other thought. Freeman looked like he may be the real deal in years to come. He never backed down and took a lot of hits. I don't know how much bad blood there is between him and the Husker team because he was talking and laughing with some of the Husker players after the game. Maybe more animosity towards him from Husker fans than the players. Any way great win on the road. GBR!!!

I'm sure he will have his game face on and be doing all he can to help K.St win the game. Deep down inside thou I don't think he can ever not cheer for the Huskers. He may not show it but when we win, he will be happy for the program. When you grow up instate and love the Huskers by the time most of us started to walk it doesn't change no matter what your doing or where your at. GBR!!!

I'll take our approach to the next team over trying to be like the Miami Thugs any day. GBR!!!

"Restore The Order." I think to do that we have to be able to beat the ISU, Kan, T.TECH, OKL.ST types on a regular basis just like we used to do. It looks like this coaching staff is now starting to get the players they need to build this program back to those days. It won't be long before we be won't worry about not getting blown out by teams like USC, Texas, Okla. The days of trying to keep it close and look respectable are not some thing we should have to worry about much longer. Keep the faith we are getting there and the rest of the Big 12 knows it. GBR!!!
