    Hes at a better place right now. I don't think a coach from a better program will come on over, you have to look and unearth a coach at a lower tier school that can step up and recruit and perform. The established good ones got a job somewhere.

    For having a poor record, Riley and co did pretty good this year. Having a big ten championship presence is probably the factor that boosts them into the top 15 imo.

    IMO its cyclical. No, you won't always get the elite talent at Nebraska, but every now and again you will get a low profile guy who will play like a 5 star. And every few years the stars will align and you will get a group that will be special and you will win something. To solve the talent problem and attract great playera you have to win and you have to have a little luck as well.
