So apparently some guy catfished a bunch of husker fans/media on Twitter? Claimed to be dying of cancer but is actually alive? Anyone know about this?

The character, "Trey," purported to be an ex-Navy Seal turned kinda-survivalist. As far as I know, no money ever changed hands. It wasn't a romantic situation. It was just like a character that existed, and then after a while the person running the character decided to stop, so they had the character die.
