It was alright btw Foppa. First time I ever tried it in the oven and it was little over cook, but not bad. Far too cold to grill right now.

And a bourbon float for desert! Lol

  2. There really is nothing wrong with that. There is something wrong with the current version of the affordable care act but when the right simply wants to obstruct the left and continually call votes to repeal the act, which will fail for the foreseeable future, instead of fixing it what's a guy to do?
  3. I don't know what exactly changed either, but as far as the eye test we just looked like we were getting after it more. We just looked like the old Blackshirts a bit. Guys flying around and getting to the ball. The Michigan game comes to mind if any of you ever get a chance to look back at that one. We were just phenomenal on defense I thought. There were bright spots against Michigan state til' that Cook found his rythym towards the end. I think field position influenced that score quite a bit so one wouldn't think we played well on defense, but actually it was special teams and offense that sucked. I don't know, there were other games too, we just looked different I thought. We were certainly more aggressive than we were during the UCLA game. I remember going back and watching that game to see how many times we blitzed and I think it was maybe twice in the first half and that was it for the game.
  4. NFL.com What a pu$$y! How can a man that size have anxiety issues? This is a grown man in the NFL! He needs to man up! Someone needs to teach him a lesson! I hope you're not serious...
  5. Seriously? Comeon man! You know you can't predict that this program will fail just as much as they can't predict it will be a success with a coaching change.
  6. They probably did, but she's a 18 year old college student with a social media account...
  7. Did he really need a carbon fiber one? wouldn't the usual plastic one have done just fine?

  16. That's not what I was getting at. He's a man of integrity and would do his job as long as he's holding the position. But you are probably less likely to get things like what were said on the audio tape, and "if they want to fire me, fire me" if he's comfortable with where he's at. I'm not excusing the behavior, because ultimately he's responsible for his actions but to say that, if it's true, he doesn't have support (and that is speculation to anyone but Harvey and Bo) he should be all sunshine and roses is a little out there as well.
  17. Who's blaming Bo's shortcomings in Harvey? Have you read the thread or what in the world are you talking about. I refuse to even read the rest of your comment past that sentence. Jesus man give it a read, it's pretty reasonable. People are saying that Harvey doesn't have his full support behind Bo. I don't think anyone is saying that Bo is losing because Harvey isn't supporting him. You can't deny that you would be more productive knowing that your boss has your back, than to be constantly looking over your shoulder wondering if he's just looking for the right chance to throw you out.
  18. Who is blaming Bo's short comings on Harvey? I'm just calling a spade a spade. TO can be credited for the expansion, the bball hire, Devaney renovation, getting the arena done (Perlmem probably deserves equal credit there). Harvey has ran the University overall pretty well, but he's had issues handling the athletic side of it; Callahan/Pederson, publicly reprimanding Bo, speaking out when he doesn't need to, things like that (some are beginning to argue Echorst, but I think the jury is still out). I don't think anyone is really a Bo apologist these days. Maybe one or two people here could be remotely labeled as that, but the vast majority are of the sh#t or get off the pot crowd now. I myself like Bo and everything he's done with this team (academics, few criminal issues, doing things the right way, etc.) but at the same time this year is pretty much it. I really wish Bo could stay, but if he can't achieve something tangible this year I think it might be time to part ways. Which really pains me because I don't think he's done anything to deserve that, it's just the way things have become in this day and age.
  19. Most of the improvements you listed could equally if not almost entirely be chalked up to TO.
  20. I didn't make any excuses. We lost the Minnesota game and the Iowa game, we won the Northwestern and Wyoming games. That's all I have to say about that.
  21. Fresno State, Miami, Iowa, MSU, and Wisconsin are all possible if not probable losses. lololololololol.... what' so funny about that? were you laughing after we almost lost to Wyoming and Northwestern or how bout Minnesota and Iowa losses? Every team knows they can't take Northwestern for granted, and while Minnesota is a poor loss they're not the Minnesota everyone knew for the past decade. Wyoming is what it is, we didn't lose. We had a young team and an injured QB.
  22. That maybe true, but from an outsider's perspective I'd venture to say he's par for the course and hasn't done anything to damage the University as a whole. He seems to be leading it successfully into the future actually. He may be leading the academic side of it just fine but you know just as well as I do that academics AREN'T what people associate Nebraska with and probably never will. And you know as well as I do that Athletics are not solely what a Chancellor should be evaluated on.
