  1. I would actually really love to see a move about Boba Fett, I just hope it isn't pure crap...
  2. That might not be a bad one, when I was looking for jobs a year or so ago there were a lot of those type out there. I took a class as a management elective for my major in supply chain management and it was way too easy so I didn't really pay attention. Now I wish I had because I'm sure I could have found a job a lot quicker if I could have regurgitated what I was supposed to learn. For the most part unless you have an absolutely crappy professor and text to work from you basically get out of college what you put into it. I found that out the hard way.
  3. Yes, it can be spelled either Osama or Usama. Probably something to do with Arabic to English translation, similar to how the spelling of the country Qatar is not accurate to how it is pronounced since there is no such consonant sounds in the English language.
  4. It's a HUGE surprise that Steinkuhler didn't get an invite. Some fans got down on him because he didn't have the gaudy stats that Suh had. But he did what he was assigned to do: he clogged up the middle. Look at what happened to our run defense when he was out with injury. Remember the B1G CCG? The wheels fell off the wagon without him. /I wonder if Baker still isn't fully recovered? Maybe that's why he isn't going to the combine. I'm not sure about Steins injury recovery, this may be somewhat of a factor. Personally, I think he got shoved around a lot. I like the kid, he just really didn't have a very good career. His motor is questionable. Maybe I am way off base though. I don't know for sure, but I think Bo's scheme can be really tough for defensive lineman to really put up GAUDY numbers as you say. So maybe some of these guys are better than some might think? I hate when people compare other DL's careers to Ndamukong Suh's career though. Those are expectations nobody is going to meet. If people were expecting Steinkuhler to be like Suh, well then the bar was already set WAY too high from the get go. Now, would guys like Crick and Steinkuhler, maybe even Eric Martin have been better in McBrides scheme? Yep, probably. Yeah. Comparing to Suh is simply not a fair comparison. For anybody. Seriously who throws a 300lbs linemen and a QB down at the same time with his arms fully extended?
  5. Pretty sure that's what Zac Taylor was classified as at aTm, and he was basically a QB coach like Ganz. Just a guess but is he hear to fill Marrow's position with the tight ends?
  6. No doubt he's got the prototypical tight end body, and the skills to match. The only thing he lacks is open field speed.
  7. Doesn't that little line right there basically give him the authority? Isn't it a time of war when you have US soldiers fighting against an enemy these people are apart of? Or isn't it a public danger to have these people who denounce the US and promise to do harm to it's citizens carry on? No. These are citizens we're talking about; they aren't U.S. servicemen gone AWOL. That clause in the 5th is excluding cases arising of members of the military. Well does explicitly state which militia or who's military they are in? Can't AQ be considered a militia of sorts?
  8. The sh*tty part about all this is we're at war with an enemy that has no discernible uniform, doesn't use normal tactics, and doesn't follow any sort of rules. This puts our soldiers in a predicament that is almost untenable. That increases the margin of error leading to things such as this... I wouldn't call this increasing the margin of error. I agree that the government should have the authority to kill these people, but I don't agree with the way they are going about it. You can't just redefine words like imminent and then go on to say well we don't even really have to have any information that he is planning anything.

  10. Funny I said the same thing one time and got told off by somebody that he was a nice pleasant guy to work with. But if you have a parent who works for the state/county/city in some capacity you can hear some not so pretty stories about him if they aren't on the same page he is. In my opinion the guy is a sleaze ball and will do whatever is politically popular at the time, case in point the pipeline. Right now he wants to do a major overall of our tax system to "modernize it" but things seem to be working pretty well the way they are now. We have plenty of new age business investing in the state and if it weren't for a drought agriculture would be humming along as usual. Yes the budget needed to be dialed back, but that may have been a result of bad projections brought about by the recession.
  11. Now that I think about it I think Bo was just loopy from hitting his head, he wasn't vague enough today. He must have a concussion sit him out for the rest of the year!
  12. He exuded a quiet confidence the whole time. I think he is really proud of this class he's put together, and he was open and honest about everything. He seemed to wear his emotions on his sleeve today, talking about Heard I think he genuinley likes the kid and wants him here but Heard doesn't feel the same right now, and talking about Rome he seemed a little agitated like he has a beef with him.
  13. Maybe he was doing a cage drill without a helmet.
  14. The last time "god" was involved in a signing decision it didn't really pan out...
  15. I'm on OWH, but I believe it is probably on both.... There's always Huskers.com
  16. I walk by the stadium everyother day during the week now, and as of the past week or so it looks like they are basically finishing up welds on the interior and pouring concrete (for the floors I would guess). So it wouldn't be anything overly exciting to see anyways. All exterior advancement seems to have stopped for the moment, which is to say they haven't finished putting in the windows. Knap's last picture update is pretty much what it still looks like, plus or minus a few windows.
  17. First of all ESPN would never allow that unless we were 13-1 or 14-0, that's just how it works. But if by some fluke it did they would say Bo Penili needs to control his emotions so the mom's don't get scared. Otherwise they would have had a few more 5* guys.
  18. No no it's 1990's. They've finally made it to fully computer animated musicals, next stop Michael Bay movies!
  19. I don't know if you can get an official tour, I'm sure something could be arranged. But if you go in the doors on the North West side of the stadium, next to the Tom and Brook statue, you can walk around the trophy room, view some of the training room (like their small pool), the wieght room, and watch the gameday experience to see the Heisman trophies. Pretty neat to see it all, and definatly something everyone should do once.
  20. On a related tangent: With Ray Lewis more than likely going to ESPN it could finally be their down fall (I could only hope...). Seriously the guy is a polarizing figure, obviously, but the majority of it is strongly negative. I'm basically done watching them for anything but college games, I just can't stand anything they do any more, and I think a good chunk of America probably feels the same way.
  21. Honestly like others have said it's not that great, just a place to get hot and sweaty and eat some average bbq. If you go I would go on the free admission day, I think it's usually a Thursday.
  22. Yes what he did looks awful but from a marketing stand point it does make sense. I just hope he was really concerned about the greater good. Now I don't personally agree with all his environmental stances, but seriously what is so bad about him trying to draw attention to "sustainable capitalism" and the current corruption of our system?
  23. Most men do, but he's saying the right things. You can never know what a man's true intentions, but I would trust him over the status quoe at this point. Because his lie makes you feel good while the others don't? What exactly is his lie? Like i said he's saying the right things about some seriously relevant issues.
