  1. Voted, 49% domination. Suh-weettt. Wow, tebow's on there...no surprise... And yeah, where is Bradford? Liked seeing Flutie on that list as well.
  2. garbage. i just don't like how the board is set up over there, i can deal with the colors, just the organization is lacking... I do like every other thread that leads to an NU/KU weener measuring contest..lol Ah i've got into my fair share of arguments with MU fans, almost a few fist fights as well (which they started..) You tend to notice where the dumb people of the U.S. seem to congregate more than other places for college sports...
  3. WOW! That sounds like an awesome idea. Hopefully not too expensive so in turn it'd save on gas money. Took the survey though, Millard guy here.
  4. WOWWWWWW! Finally, back to the roots and spicing it up a bit with some changes that would actually work. I'm very impressed with the composure shown by Watson after all the heat he got this year. Although reading this as a fan, i didn't realize the harsh reality of how many injuries plagued our beloved team. But people are human, mistakes are made...A lot of fans don't realize this and/or don't look deeper into the reasoning behind certain playcalls/players subbed in, etc. Altho i question some of his calls on like 3rd and a mile and decides to run/option... =| RegardlCould the excitement get any higher for Spring Game/Next Season?!
  5. Would it really matter???????? But i think the jersey is just barely covering it.
  6. I actually forgot what this thread was about, and I thought it was Vikings for a minute LOL. Brb after seeing this picture everywhere
  7. A lot of people saw he is a major threat against pretty much any defense; a hard headed, whole-hearted kid that shows you don't need to be super huge or even ridic. agile to be a RB. Smash mouth Husker at it's best!
  8. I hope not they didn't this past year as you know. Suh deserves to be even more immortalized.
  9. Meh. Idk i think Blaine will be better than Tyler overall in the long run. Although in my mind because I played with the kid, I think B. Marsh is one of the best QB's i've ever seen, but that's probably just me being Biased since i actually played ball and watched him progress over the next 3 years. Hopefully he makes a run at safety and perhaps even QB if he's lucky, but he's a playmaker, that's for sure. Tyler on the other hand has a similar style it seems to how i've seen Bronson play which could be a problem, but just how the defense is run right now on Nebraska, keeping them under 20 pts is a high probability in my opinion.
  10. Hopefully the 360 version so i can buy it! Teblow being on the front is no surprise, but he has done a lot for Florida's program even though every other story on ESPN eas like Tweets about Tebow for the past 2ish years All i know is if Suh is on the Wii version, someone's gonna die lol.
  11. Assenine. But like stated above, the stats speak for themselves. McCoy generally does just get there, but doesn't make the play. Suh on the other hand, gets there and your on the ground/picked off/disrupted in some sense of the word. If McCoy some how does manage to take 1st round draft, it clearly shows the bias against Nebraska's program in my opinion. During the OU game how many sacks did McCoy have on Lee? If any I do not recall, I mean, given the pressure was there from their D as well as our Offense (Lee/Some recievers) shooting themselves in the foot, I just don't see it. And of course our D pretty much single-handedly won the game for us..
  12. LOL@Gabbert's broken shnoz

  13. Conference Title? Heck, BCS championship!! (is very optimistic.)
  14. LOL Great find! And i agree with A&M statement, there's potential there.
  15. Here's the thing...going from 90s to now, the recruits have been slightly differentiated than the ones from the 90s. Sure you have your kids that will run you over (Burkhead is an example, or like Stanford's RB) But then you have these more versatile kids that have the more speed, the more "pizazz" if i may; that lets them shine with 100s of yards, maybe 1000s in their careers dancing around. I voted spread-option because we have more of these versatile backs, wide-outs and other players, we have good big boys up front on the pipes and holding their blocks/opening lanes, it'll open up many doors for these kids, esp. players like Helu/Rex. I want to see Niles shine this upcoming season, seemed like only yesterday we were playing them in State Playoffs when he was at Omaha North.. and amongst the other younger recievers and Rex/Helu take it to the house numerous times hopefully.
  16. My goodness it makes me laugh debating with Misery fans about that game!! And I quote,"IT WAS IN A MONSOON, IF IT WASN'T IT'D BE A WHOLE DIFF STORY." We live in the midwest, esp in early Fall, rain is a second home for football players during that time in the season. I personally loved the rain playing football. Gabbert was falling apart with the pressure regardless coming from our big guys up front and SUH, given there was some big pass plays our DBs got beat on during the first half (7 yds +), I really don't think even with the ankle bullcrap we would've lost that game, especially when their entire D gave up 4th qtr. As for the comment about them being a contender...Well I feel it's going to be us and them competing for the North again. Kansas might make a small comeback with Gill But I don't think in a short amt of time there would be a durastic change with the entire scheme and for it to Click; Kst. will be a rising contender as well with some of the talent they posess, but overall us on top of the North and probably either Texas/OU for the South once again, unless some of the other South teams somehow step up.
  17. Loving seeing this. I never lost hope, but after going to a few games in 2007, i noticed i was one of the few still in my seat when the clock hit :00.. heck of a shame being a Husker fan back then, even an embarassment. But glad the mentality; the Pride is back in our lovely and snow-filled state right now lol.
  18. 243 glad i joined this. Their new QB will have some good games under his belt but idk a defense that will stack up to Neb's next year in Tex's sched by October. Good luck to both teams, but see Neb in the Big XII championship once again!!
  19. I like this idea. Challenging Big XII season all season long (Minus Baylor, Kst. unless they get their crap together.)
  20. This is an awesome prediction. But I see us probably around 8-10. Regardless, after those ridiculous losses last year (cough 9-7 ISU) and an Amazing finish with a shut-out bowl, I cannot wait till the next season to start already..
