I think most people realize this is a multi-year project. There shouldn't be expectations on wins next year. This team was a disaster last year. Let them establish a culture and get their systems in place. Anyone who criticizes this staff next year for on-field performance has clearly never coached football.

Probably going to be a little bit frustrating to watch this year as everything starts to come together towards the end.  Feel like we're going to take some lumps this year, but will be better off for it next year. Lots of learning opportunities for both the players AND the staff.  Remember they are in a whole different conference with whole other philosophies to get through.  But, when everything does start to gel in a year or two, watch out -- gonna be a fun team to watch.  Patience, grasshoppers.

Maybe that speed opens up some things, yep.  Still, rebuild the OL and DL pipelines and I'll feel better.  I still fear there is much to unlearn with what we currently have.  The new speed infusion will help.
