    Gonna be a good year! It will be interesting to see how much Martinez has improved along with the offensive line. Not too worried about our defense regardless of what conference we play in.

    Wouldn't surprise me if Turner takes one to the house in the home opener. that will be his best shot. if not then, any of the first 4 games will do. if you recall, WASH had horrid special teams last year when we played them.

    what a great post. thanks mate! i also think that Larry the Cable Guy has faded big time in recent years. A change would be nice. Plus it just furthers the stereotype that all people from Nebraska act/talk like that.

      I did roguing, detassling, walked beans, sprayed... just about everything. Earned $3.10 per hour back in the day.

    Advancing every other day sounds good to me. What difficulty are we playing at? I usually play on Heisman.

    how about the pac-12 for the other conference? it's a 12 team league like the acc, it has a wide variety of teams, and it would be a fun challenge with oregon, usc, and stanford. not to mention washington, arizona state, and cal.

    just saw an inside piece on Oregon practices. They blast all sorts of music at practice to simulate crowd noise and to get the players pumped up. Everything from Rap, Techno, to the Lion King soundtrack. Why wouldn't you want to be a Duck right now? (insert recruiting violation comment here).

    Unbelievable game here at the CWS. c$%ks and Cavs in the bottom of the 13th. With all that's happened, i'm sure this one will end with a bang!

    Good read. I think what most outsiders forget is that Florida was favored to win that game. Tommie was a true leader and an incredible overall athlete.
