This guy is a special, special talent. Seriously don't know how he's a 5 star. Hope he takes the Ameer route and decides if pro whatever is in the cards now it will be later as well. Wouldn't fault him if he goes though.

Believe Damon Benning once said Taylor along with Gill had the most talent of any quarterbacks to play at NU. He talked about how good they both were throwing the football, as well as running, and made a point how most of their passes were play action or fake option where they would often turn their back completely to the defense, turn around, set their feet, and have to relocate their target, as well as throw a good ball. He really stressed how difficult that was, especially in comparison to today, where everything is shotgun and spread. Was born after Taylor played, but I was shocked at how good he was from games/highlights I've seen. He was fast, strong, smart, and had a very good arm.

Was a great steal for them. Fonzie could've had 3 tonight.

Was kind of thinking Austin Cassidy myself based on the description. Seems kind of a big step for a guy who just got done playing. Also, need to remember that position coaches don't really have to have to played said position. Lots of cases of guys coaching multiple position groups throughout their career.

For about the last 5 minutes of each game, I had the Ohio State/Clemson game on my lapper on ESPN3 and the Okie State/Mizzou game on the big screen. Got pretty crazy there for a while.

Kentucky vs LSU. Kentucky coach got a bath then LSU hit a Hail Mary to I believe Devrey Henderson.

Interesting numbers. Obviously it's an unfair advantage to southern teams, but I understand it. I got free tickets to the Big 12 championship game a few years back when it was at Arrowhead. I'm probably just a wuss, but it was freezing cold, snowy, and miserable. Cool memory, but it was zero fun sitting there freezing my butt off. If I'm a southern fan, and not particular used to the cold, I'm going to think real long about traveling 10 hours to a game in Chicago where I'm going to be miserable the whole time.

Best corner in the NFL Richard Sherman made All Pro last year, but was a Pro Bowl snub. I'm sure there are more, but that was the most recent one I can remember.

Pro Bowl I didn't know there was a difference. Guess that's how much I pay attention to this. And, I'm sure he can afford his own plane ticket. Pro Bowl is voted on by the fans. Basically, like the MLB All-Star game it's more about name recognition and less on performance. All Pro is voted on by writers, who while not always the smartest bunch, come much closer to determining the best at each position.

All Pro is a WAY bigger honor than the Pro Bowl. Only thing is, he doesn't get a free vacation to Hawaii.

Did I miss something? What was this "Hero Alabama" thing? Before Bama started their drive the music came on, nice graphics with Bama colors and the kids and teams history blah blah blah, a second later the kid get's slapped drops the ball and Okie scores, it was magic heh. Haha! Hilarious. Watched the whole game but somehow missed the graphic. It was such a perfect ending, and the squib recovery was icing on the cake.
