I had to rate this thread 5 stars because it gave me many lols.

It's nice to see someone with brains writing about this. Most fans of the other Big 12 teams are just pissy at Nebraska.

I want Green to start with lots of wildcat. He played really well last week. Maybe it helps his confidence when he doesn't have someone looking over his shoulder. I think this game will come down to whether we get turnovers within Alex Henery's range.

I don't like that he's hurt (I'd rather both teams be healthy), but it evens things up as far as injuries go.

We're probably playing Stanford now if we win the Big 12 Championship, am I right?

A part of me wants them to be suspended. It might bring more national focus on the issue. I also think Martin is a liability now. He's going to get called for nothing because he's infamous.

I'm not going to read the whole thread, so this is probably a repeat. but: 1. Play the f*ing wildcat for crap's sake. Green is TERRIBLE, and it worked against ISU (until for whatever reason they stopped playing it) 2. Pelini needs to chill the f* out. Take some Xanax if you have to. I don't care what Martinez said. He's 20 years old, he's just had his heartbroken, find a way to get him to shut up without screaming at him for 15 seconds.

I still don't know what Missouri was thinking going passpasspasspass and playing right into our hands. A&M will probably be smarter than that. I doubt they'll score more than 28 though. (Hopefully Martinez is healthy enough to score more =oP)

Their top 2 receivers are the best pair we've faced, but neither is as good as Blackmon. But we have Dennard so I don't really care. But I'm not all that worried about it because most of them were because of Blackmon being awesome + an 80 yard trick play. I'd actually prefer 2 wide receivers who are 80% as good as Blackmon, because our 2nd best corner is so good.

I LOVE how amped up they seem to be about this game. I'm not very worried at all. Maybe I should be, I dunno. But as has been said several times, he really hasn't played a defense worth a crap. If they're smart they will try to run it a lot. They won't score a lot that way either, but it will improve their chances I think. The only good passing defense they played all year was Arkansas, and they scored 17 points in that game. (and Arkansas isn't as good at it as Nebraska)

It's really difficult (impossible?) to judge something like this, when it seems to be so close. Prince seems to always defend the best receiver on the team, so that should be considered. Amukamara has had two or more interceptions that he should have had, but dropped them.

I thought the 2 point conversion was the right decision even though it didn't work. That's what I thought they'd do as soon as they scored the touchdown. I agree with everyone who mentions the kneeling. They only needed 50ish yards.

These posts make me lol every time. We're not the damn team. We can think about the National Championship we're going to win in 2050 against UNO if we want.

That was my biggest issue with the game. It worked fine. We got a touchdown. Then we abandoned it for the entire 2nd quarter. What was that about? Use what works.
