I agree with atbone just not to that severity. Mental aspect only does so much. His agility is really lacking.

Watch any time they spread us wide and ran Kolter up the middle. Josh missed that tackle every time. Rose dropped him on the same play multiple times.

It's about more than his athletic ability. The defense appears to be in the right spots when he's in, and I imagine that has to do with him making the right checks. He also appears to be a leader in the making. Multiple times I saw him getting in the faces of other defenders during timeouts.
