A&M looking ahead........

I don't think they will be looking past us. THey knew their three biggest games would come at the end of the year so I don't see them looking past us to get to another big game on their schedule.

Actually they have an off weeekend and then Texas on the Friday after Thanksgiving so I doubt they will be looking ahead.

Franchonine hasnt beat Oklahome Nebraska or Texas i dont think any of these three games his teams will go un-prepared to win....

We ought to be preparing for them as if we thought they thought this was the biggest game of their season. In effect, it is. If they lose to us, it won't matter what happens with UT.

I have to agree. That 3rd and Goal on the 2yd line in the 4th Qtr was a huge disappointment I think for the players. They may not recover from that loss much like we struggled after the Texas game. I've been reading 12thfan.com and all the talk is about how pissed they are at their coach (seemed eerily familiar to me) about the playcalling in the 4th Qtr especially on that play.

Just because the fans are looking forward to OU and Texas doesn't mean the Coach isn't going to keep the teams focus on Nebraska. We are going to have to be ready for a hard fought game.

Fran is 2-10 in november. Dont count on him getting the team ready, I totaly see this as a let down game for them. All that emotion into the OU game, and basicly lost it to bad coaching calls(who doesnt use the 300lb RB with the ball on the 2?). We get them at the best time, and if we beat them, we should send the sooners a thank you card.

However, even though they have traditionally been tough at home, dont let nice 8-2 record fool you.

I have watched a little bit of A&M and it seems to me that they win when they have to but have gotten lucky in a few games. If we come out a play like we did against mizzou we will beat them by two touchdowns. We have to keep ahold of the ball and not turn it over though.

Standard Message Board thought progression....it's Tuesday which means heads begin to swell and think the game will be a blowout and not NEARLY as close as it will be. Trust me on this from having watched both teams ALL YEAR. No one has a distinct advantage in this one.

I agree with Ag on this one................if we all get a big head and think this game will be a check mark in the win column we all are sorely mistaken. Remember what we all thought before the OSU game.........I was one of them so I know what we all thought. We all figured no problem it's only Okie State we got this one and BAM!!!! A freakin loss!!!! I'm nervous about the game, but I'm looking forward to it. I know what our team is capable of and the weapons that we have can be very dangerous for opposing teams. The only thing now is which team shows up..............The Texas team or the Okie State/KU team. Consistency is our biggest problem right now............
