Big XII Honors

Recommended Posts

Hey, I love the Huskers.....more than most.... but my goodness....how the heck is Ruud 1st team all big 12...

I just don't understand it..... ZT deserves this and everything that he will get, but Ruud can't tackle !!!!!

Hell, no one on this defense can tackle...... Shanle being HM is a mockery of the whole system... I wish that Shanle played in the early 90's when I was at NU... It would have given me the incentive to walk on... Hell, I made better plays in the streets, after mid-night, in the rain, dodging cars, drunk, playing nerf football....

I can't wait for this kid to graduate !!!!!!

BJax is 2nd team, which is deserving.... Moore is 2nd team.....Grix is HM, which is once again, laughable....

Bradley is HM.....

Are you telling me that Thaddeus Washington from CU is HM and Ruud is 1st team..... I hate CU with a passion and love the Huskers, but this is a joke...

Go Big Red.

I know there are some Ruud haters out there but his stats aren't horrible. He is fourth on the team with tackles at 60. (Bradley 67, Jones 62, Green 61). Yet he did lead the other LBs on the team in tackles for loss, sacks, and interceptions: 7 for 31 yds, 2.0 for 23 yds, and 2 for 54 yds respectively.

I'm thinking the voters wanted to reward Nebraska at that position because there were numerous LBs in the conference that had more tackles than Ruud.

I'm not a big Bo Ruud supporter and had to laugh when there was speculation voters thought they were voting for Barrett but his numbers did well to represent Nebraska.
