HuskerfaninOkieland
I think Louisville would be the better choice of the two simply because Brohm is coming back and since Mustain would have to sit out one year anyway he'd have a shot of taking over when Brohm graduates. Quote Link to comment
HuskerfaninOkieland
Louisville is now saying they are not interested in Mustain but Tulsa has now been given clearance to talk with Mustain. SI.com FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) -- The compliance officer at the University of Tulsa says the school has been given clearance to talk to Arkansas quarterback Mitch Mustain. BIGREDFAN_in_OMAHA
Maybe he's actually interested in school work until he can sort out where to transfer to. Quote Link to comment
AR Husker Fan
Maybe he's actually interested in school work until he can sort out where to transfer to. That's part of it - but I think another part is he wants to "shop around" for a big-name school. It's being reported now that he's saying that USC has expressed an interest. I think he has his heart set on being in a major school. By enrolling - but getting his release - he can maintain his classes for transfer, see if there is sufficient interest, and if not, decide between going to Tulsa with Mahlzan or back to the Razorbacks.
