DJR313
On Shatel's column this morning, he said that the tragedy at Virginia Tech made him realize that having security in place at the NU Athletic Department, perhaps, is a good idea. Wow, it takes a tragedy like this to put things in perspective for that fat moron. At least he admitted to how wrong he was. I wonder if he realizes what an ass he looks like for carrying on about that for almost 4 weeks. Quote Link to comment
huskerfan500
even though I hate Pederson and Shatel, the security is not for a crazy kid trying to kill a lot of people if a person really wanted to get in, the old security guard who is watching price is right could not stop anyone with a gun Quote Link to comment

No kidding. I realize grammar smack is weak, but a period, or any kind of punctuation for that matter would be helpful. From what I can tell you are saying that the security guard isn't going to do any good if a gunman was to come into the athletic department. That may be true, but it may not be. Perhaps the security guard is armed, perhaps he is close enough to a button to call the police. All I know is while having some kind of security, any kind of security, is better than having none. Oh, for the record, Shatel sucks Quote Link to comment
skersfan
Being in Socal I don't really see alot of his writing. But it takes a man to admitt he is wrong. And for him to do it in his main areana is even more impressive. I really do not follow his comments much, but I do admire a person whey they admit they are wrong. It is a step in the right direction any time. Quote Link to comment
ForRealBigRedFan
I'm not saying he was right or wrong but I can't believe you guys are killing a Husker apologist like Shatel. I agree, it takes a big man to admit he is wrong. Quote Link to comment

You are either a Solichista of the highest order and for that reason alone hate all things SP/BC. Either that or you are a Sonner, Kitty, etc fan that apparently has enough time to troll other teams sites. I'm hoping for the latter, because it would be great to know you never were really associated with the program to being with. Quote Link to comment

I agree, it takes a big man to admit he is wrong. Shatel is not a Husker apologist, he is a sh#t-stirrer. Maybe, compared to Vomitneck, he is a Husker apologist. I agree, it took a big man to admit he was wrong, but I am almost in shock after he carried on about the issue for weeks. Quote Link to comment

I want to discuss it with my fellow Husker brothers and sisters. Quote Link to comment

Foppa
Wow, this has nothing to do with anything...everyone knows Shatel is a rediculous, stuttering idiot, but now he has to be included as an 'acceptible' person in conversation about this huge tragedy that has nothing to do with anything he, well, knows nothing about? How sad. This thread should be banned. Quote Link to comment
