JGS30
KSU takes the cake. Followed by CU. ISU would be a disaster and I would have to listen to it for the next year since I work in Ames, but I dont see that happening any time soon. As a Jayhawk fan, I don't want to lose to flipping BAYLOR AGAIN!! Good god! Can't mangino protect a 35-17 lead!! Is that too much to ask? I guess so, considering we lost 36-35 down in Waco. What a joke. Quote Link to comment
cmb23
I'll look at this as a different angle. Most are saying they don't want to lose to a lesser program (Colorado, KSU, etc.) I don't want to lose to either USC or Texas. If we lose to them all of the 'experts' will still be saying "See...Nebraska is still not up to snuff with the elite programs". If we can beat both, it will be a huge satement on where the program is....even if we were to stumble and drop a game to Missouri or KSU, people would still see Nebraska as back among the elite if we beat both USC and Texas. I know it is unlikely that we'll beat both, but it's just a different view on the topic. Quote Link to comment

pigsonthewing
OU, Texas, Missouri, CU, OSU, aTm, Tech, ISU, KSU, KU. In that order. Quote Link to comment
macroboy
I have a little different question. I grew up in Western Neb and now live in Denver. Losing to CU is completely unexceptable to me. I hear people from the eastern part of the state express the same hatred for KSU. Do you think where you live (or grew up) factors in? West- CU East KSU? Quote Link to comment
I am I
yeah, cuz when i was in nebraska it was OU. then we lived in KS for a few years and it was KSU. now i live in denver and i can't STAND all the hippie CU fans. good call! on the geography Quote Link to comment
Rygolf25
Do we actually have to lose??? Well OK, if we do have to lose, the Colorado Fluffahoes would be the worst loss possible...I can respect most of the other teams or schools for what they have done, hell, I've even cheered for most of them if they play non-conference games but I cannot, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, cheer for CU!!!! mrmac429
it's got to be the sCUm for me, but ksu is a very close second!! Quote Link to comment
