Hawkeyehusker
http://www.bucnews.com/2007/08/27/bucs-app...-made-cuts.html Bucs appear to have made cuts Published: August 27th, 2007 By Bucks Beat The Bucs are back at practice, and it appears their numbers have thinned considerably since Saturday's preseason win against the Dolphins. Teams are required to trim rosters to 75 players by Tuesday, but why wait? By our count, there are roughly 10 fewer players practicing today. Here's the list of guys we do not see who could be on the cut list: WR Jovan Bouknight, WR Chad Lucas, WR Chad Owens, RB Lionel Gates, TE Matt Herian, FB Zach Tuiososopo, OL Jonathan Clinkscale, OT Jabari Levy, C Nick Mihlhauser, DE Jeremy Pittman. Others who did not partcipate in the first 30 minutes of practice include RT Jeremy Trueblood, TE Alex Smith, LG Arron Sears, DE Patrick Chukwurah, all of whom could be in the training room receiving treatment. We're not allowed to watch the rest of practice, so check back later. Quote Link to comment
DaveH
Can't say I am surprised. Sucks for him Quote Link to comment
bethelbacker
I feel bad for him, he woulda been a stud had he not gotten injured. The real surprise is that he lasted even this long on an NFL roster with his loss of speed. Hope he finds something, whether it be coaching or something else...... Quote Link to comment
HuskerJosh82
Not another one. Quote Link to comment
Hawkeyehusker
Matt is still listed on their roster, so maybe the article reported something that wasn't official yet. Quote Link to comment

xkbubo
if not for that nasty injury.. sucks :/ I always liked the guy Quote Link to comment
Necava Husker
Had the injury not happened Herian would have been among the elite TEs in college, and off to a solid NFL career. Callahan’s west coast offense would have showcased Herian’s skills as a receiver. Quote Link to comment
TampaHusker
Actually he was placed on IR..not as bad as getting cut... Quote Link to comment
