jjamuss
that we should be very PROUD that we are not a part of: http://collegefootball.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=805049 It goes to show you that winning isnt everything... but I will remind you, that losing sure does suck! Especially if you are losing scholarships because you recruit idiots that cant graduate! NOTE: Kansas is on the football list... So to answer my other post if we can beat KU? ...HELLZ YES we can beat them, they will only have 9 eligible players come November 8! Quote Link to comment
MCAT800
Well winning is everything, and for the past half decade NU was the poster child for college athletics showing you can win on and off the field. Sure we had are fair share of off the field issues but compared to the other major programs we were squeaky clean, and I fully expect to return to that form. Quote Link to comment
papersun87
I believe there is a bonus in Pelini's contract pertaining to player's grades, I just can't remember what it is. Quote Link to comment

Should be easy money for him if there is a bonus feature based on player grades... Nebraska doesnt recruit anyone that cant make the grade... case in point, Ricky Henry. I was very excited to have Ricky coming to NU, so dont interpret that as a dig at the kid... He would kick my azz 3 ways of Sunday! Quote Link to comment

But this report looks bad for Turner Gill at Buffalo. It's pretty hard to blame Gill for Buffalo not graduating enough players since he's only been there a couple of years. I'm sure he's been taking care of business the couple of season's he's been there. Quote Link to comment
