hskerprid
There are two schools of thought concerning bye weeks. One is that they are good for game planning and healing players up. The other is that your team gets out of synch and restless. Anyone on here think that this will be beneficial or detrimental to Missouri? Your thoughts........... Quote Link to comment
Bugeater23
beneficial...more time to work on a game plan and focus on a big road game... Quote Link to comment
admo
Huskers just went through a bye week themselves. I think the rest/recovery/health is what's usually expected the first week. I'm not gonna look to hard into it. Quote Link to comment
MUTigerFan
Mizzou has 2 key players with ankle sprains that need treatment and healing. Bye Week = Good. Quote Link to comment

I See Red People
could go either way, but I think MU will come to play. Quote Link to comment
benjibean1
I would go with the bye week doesnt matter. Their players are going to be healthier as a result of the extra time not getting pounded on. Which will help their team speed. Â However this game is on the road for them. So. Wear Red "BE LOUD" Quote Link to comment
DaveH
Neither. Bye weeks are only "good" if guys need time to heal. Quote Link to comment
huzkerbob
I say it's good for their team right now. Cause as much as some on this board disagree. The tigers do have kinks to work out. And going up against a Pelini lead D will force Pinkel will installed a few new wrinkles that we don't have on tape yet. Â Yeah the option draw will be plentiful, but I would bet we see them try to catch us on our heels quite a bit. They watched the same WMich game I did. And we where biting on everything! Doubt Daniels will miss the wide open receivers that Hiller did! Quote Link to comment
papersun87
Bad for us, good for them. Quote Link to comment

BIGREDIOWAN
Very bad for us because it gives them time to heal and watch more tapes on us. Quote Link to comment
BigRedPowerWagon
and remember all the beatdowns we gave them in past years. Quote Link to comment
