Husker Tunnel Walk

Now that scout.com has successfully managed to shut down my Huskers Tunnel Walk message board, i was curious how many members from that board are currently on this board under a diferent username? I know i recognize Hskrnokc being one person and Pillen being another Husker Tunnel Walk member. Reason i ask is because i am trying to figure out now where the majority of the members are disbursing now that the board is shut down. I know where a few guys have gone through email, but just trying to get an idea of where everyone is.

What can i say, Steve Ryan is a little and could not handle someone offering free info and doing his own interviews instead of forcing people to pay to follow a team they love. Some people might think i am full of BS and not believe me when i say i do my own interviews, and some might call me a liar and say that i simply just steal the info from scout.com and rivals.com, and that's fine with me. It really doesn't matter to me whether people believe me or not, recruiting is a stressful thing, i will admit it, but it's not that hard. People are under the impression it involves all these rules and regulations and yada yada yada, but its really easy and basically any person with certain knowledge and background can do it. I will admit one thing, i started out thinking i would get the university in trouble if i didn't do a thru background check on how sites like rivals.com and scout.com are allowed to contact a recruit while the average joe has to wait around and get those updates and found out that it's not that hard.

Am i going to tell you how easy it is? No, because i could get the university in trouble if someone misreads something i type out and then guess who gets in trouble? Yes the University. And who do you think the University will go after? Yes me.

It been a intersting week none the less. I get an offer from 2 other husker boards to do recruiting updates for them as a free lance writer (I guess some people are begining to believe in me enough to want my recruiting articles) similiar to what a certain BRR Moderator use to do for Huskerpedia (You should all know who i am talking about, i won't mention his name because i dispise him), on the other hand, a Admin from another board all of a sudden wants to use the video i have stored on my website of Nebraska verbal recruits in addition to recruits we are interested in. The same Admin who began bad mouthing me after i decided to leave his site because he did not want members from his board following me.

Anyways, i guess i am just rambeling since i really don't have a home anymore. Anyways, you guys should get some new smilies. I can give ya the ones i have since i wont be using them anytime soon on a message board. Message boards take to much time and energy to run and even though i have registered a new community on EzBoard and a community on Invision, i probably wont be launching an new message board anytime soon. If anyone wants certain film on a recruit, let me know, i more then likely have it or can get it from another proxy FTP server i belong to that shares recruit videos all over the net, or i can simply just call the recruits head coach and request it (if film does exist).

Here is some Smilies if you want to use them on your board, i have about 200 smilies, some i made and some i didn't. The ones with OU sucks or Bufffs suck or giving the bird are mine

Nameless, you got hosed dude. I frequent a couple Husker boards. This and yours were always my favotite. I thank you for all your hard work. I appreciate everything that tunnel walk provided for me. Please stick around here. I consider you a friend.

I second that NH. Please stick around I don't think anyone would mind. You have aninteresting perspective. PM Eric to see what the deal is. That guy loves recruiting. I saw your site, but never registered it was too much of a hassle.

This is a very nice and comfortable board. Pretty liberal too.

I dont really know what all this backgournd is about nor do I really care. If you have something to bring to the Husker training table you are good with me!! Come on in and bring a side dish to the Big Red Party!!! But no I know for a fact they dont put up with copying from other paid sites on this board around here I got a warning myself. Just put in your own words and yorue fine. I really like this board regardless though bc of all the different opinos which they seem to allow more than other boards. I want to know what husker nation is really thinking not some censored drugged up scene from a brave new world. This place is top notch overall IMO. :cheers

This is the majority of where I spend my time. Any other boards is jsut for other info, Reason yours was special, was because of the video and everything. Unlike other sites where you would have to pay. I suggest you stick around here Nameless, your info could be very rewarding here, and I think you'll see to it to be an awesome board. Even if there are some weirdos on here . It's all for the best though.

Thanks pillen, i always liked you. One of the reason i invited you over to Husker Tunel Walk from Big Husker Fan. You always had a great outlook on things and that's what made me want to bring your positive energy to the board.

Just want to give an official welcome to you ######. Im not familiar with your past incidents with other boards - all I can base my opinion on is how you've carried yourself since joining this board, which I have been impressed with so far. I do understand how the copyright issue can be a touchy one, which we try to respect to the fullest - and as it seems you learned its just not that important to risk potential suit and the hassle of it all. We've learned to just be sure to cite our sources and never use material from the "paid service" sites - and we'll be fine.

I think most members will tell you that we're a very open minded board and have a laid back view on censorship (within good taste), and appreciate all fans (even non Huskers) and opinions no matter how diverse, as long as everyone stays within our rules.

So welcome to the Hboard fam Nameless - you're not HomelessNamelessHusker anymore!! We're glad to have you. :cheers
