caveman99
Oh God. I don't think I can stand anymore Cody Green threads... Frankly I think it is time we start the Taylor Martinez should start threads. Heck it is just a matter of time until he is obviously better than both Green and Lee just by his play on the Scout Team. jjamuss
You brought it up. What are the odds he sees the field Saturday? I would say 95%. Win, lose or draw, we have to get the kid big-game experience. The only way he doesn't see the field is if it's a one-score game all game long. I agree... get the kids out there as much as you can without sacrificing victory. Dont make Green go through what Ganz had to endure... it just wasnt right, and if given a shot Ganz would have proved that Keller never really belonged on the team in the first place. VA Husker Fan
Lou Gehrig was not born a star, he got his chance when the starter took the day off and made the most of it. Happens all the time. Depth charts are made on a weekly basis not seasonally. No, it doesn't happen all the time, otherwise you wouldn't have had to go back 85 years for a notable example. hskrfan4life
i know as long as bo is head coach i really do doubt we see another game like missouri and Oklahoma last year. Does that mean it won't happen? no but i don't think we see it again for a while Quote Link to comment

shyndy
Regardless of the outcome on Saturday, can we all please just agree that it's not the end of the world and keep it positive? I always try to wait 24 hours after a loss to make a post because any earlier I know it's based on emotion instead of logic. Uh, you are a glass half full person, no? Regardless of the outcome, it's not the end of the world. Well, if we win, nobody is going to be saying its the end of the world. But I hear ya, what you should have said is something more like, "regardless of the outcome Saturday, can we all just agree to temper our emotions." Because just as it won't be the end of teh world if we lose, it also doesn't mean we are national champions if we win. Quote Link to comment
