BIGREDFAN_in_OMAHA
The ESPN ticker announced Charlie Weis has accepted the OC position. This will allow Haley to concentrate as head coach. Haley and Weis were assistants together with the Jets. A few days ago it was reported that Romeo Crennel will be replacing Pendegrast as DC. I guess there are worse things than the Patriots staff reassembling in KC. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=4802526 Quote Link to comment
mmmtodd
something...anything. if i have to be forced fed chefs games locally on sunday, they could at least pretend to know how to play football. Quote Link to comment
irafreak
Was wondering if anyone else would talk about this tonight? I think it's all good. If only we hadn't wasted so many picks on DTs and the damned rams could win a few more games we may have tried for Suh. Quote Link to comment
redout22
I heard Crennel will also be joining the staff next year. Quote Link to comment
WVhuskerXX
Thats going to be a good staff Quote Link to comment
irafreak
Yeah I was reading some articles about it and I was shocked at all the negative comments about the decision. Seems like the most vocal fans are the least informed. Quote Link to comment

I don't think they pretended anything in that Denver game to end the season. They beat the crap out of them in their house. Quote Link to comment

If anything, Im a Bears fan (uncle played for them, but I really dont get into proball too much other than for fantasy) but I wouldnt mind seeing the Chiefs rise to prominence. Especially if gave them the chance to smack Peyton around. I had free Chiefs tickets offered to me 4-5 times this year. It was sad to watch on TV, I cant imagine what it felt like in the stands Quote Link to comment
Count 'Bility
The last four home games were blacked out if i remember right. As far as the reassembling of "the patriot staff" goes, it's alright with me, it worked for them. there's a good thing goin on in KC right now. Quote Link to comment
808Husker in KCMO
The last ONE game was blacked out. We were playing the Browns. The staff hirings made it just a bit easier to send that season ticket check to 1 Arrowhead Place. Quote Link to comment
kansas husker
I haven't been excited for the chiefs season in a long time but it is starting to shape up pretty nice Quote Link to comment
