The Maudfather
They just showed Callahan doing the infamous throat slash Quote Link to comment
knapplc
I never understood why he took flak for that. Of all the things he did, that was the dumbest thing to rip on him for. Anyone know why that was such a "big deal?" Quote Link to comment
teachercd
I think it was a big deal because he kept pretending like he didnt do it. Had he just come out after the game and said "yeah I did the throat slash, I felt like those jackass refs were making terrible calls or non-calls all day long and I had enough of it" boom, end of story. But instead he acted like a jackass trying to deny it. Hell, all Husker fans wanted at that time was for him to STICK UP FOR HIS TEAM, PLAYERS AND FANS. Of course, he blew an easy chance. zoogs
Wasn't he saying "I have had it up to here" or something of that nature? Doubt he was making a death threat. Quote Link to comment
sd'sker
i think he was miming what was happening to his career. Quote Link to comment
Count 'Bility
My question is why this game is on classic. What is so special about it. Oklahoma was having a "down" year, and we all know where we were. Quote Link to comment
hack
It's a "classic" only Nebraska losses. Quote Link to comment
