It's hawaiian you know, tribes ink or whatever? It means something, not like someone with a barb wire or something meaningless. I think his mom is from there.

Looks to be some sort of ancient south american art. I see no problems with tattoos. People have been tattooing themselves for a couple thousand years, at least.

 

I love coach Osborne but I would have told him no, I won't. His tattoo isn't obscene in any way and he is an adult. Didn't Osborne have quite a few players with visible tattoos while he was coaching?
