Taylor
Im glad that alex finally got some work last night. I think it was critical for him to get some game kicks in. He only had like 2 before last night. I know that he is really good but still wanted to get him some kicks now that big 12 play is here. Quote Link to comment
Enhance
Perhaps I'm the minority, but the less we see of Henery the better. If we are finishing drives with touchdowns then that's a damn good thing imho. Edit - Meant to say minority instead of majority. Fixed it. Edited October 9, 2010 by Enhance89 Quote Link to comment

And he needs reps just like everyone else. Quote Link to comment

kansas husker
I'm pretty sure that no matter how big the kick the imortal Alex Henery could still make it blidfolded with his left foot. Quote Link to comment
HuskerTrucker
Alex has earned his keep in the past when he needed to. I am sure he gets plenty of work in practice, and probably has to be kept from over kicking in practice. As far as handling the game time pressure, we all know he can do that with no problem. JOEY
Alex henery has the mental capacity of charles xavier from X-men Quote Link to comment
Moiraine
We haven't seen him punt much either. I will never forget the punting against Texas. He should have been MVP just for that. Quote Link to comment
Glendower
I have to place myself in the camp of "Glad to see he's getting some time off." After last year, when he *almost* single-footedly won or kept us competitive in some games, it's nice to see the guy get a chance to relax. Last year can be his, "hey, NFL, Look at me!" year =) I say "almost" because it was up to the D to get a turnover w/in fieldgoal range, the special teams to return a kick to fieldgoal range, and for the offense to then not lose too many yards. Wow, I'm so glad that I no longer have to feel disheartened when the defense doesn't score a TD Quote Link to comment
hskrfan4life
I just hope he still has ice in his veins if he's called for a game-winning field goal this year. Quote Link to comment
