NUance
Speaking of statistics, consider this earthshattering trend: Bo’s record in months beginning with a vowel: 58% (7-5) Bo’s record in months beginning with a consonant: 86% (19-3; regular season games only) Clearly, we should quit scheduling games in October. And August too, just to be safe. (Aren't statistics great?) Quote Link to comment
CENTEXHUSKER
Bo is 0-1 in Big 12 South road nightgames....2008 in Norman I know small sample size, but was thinking the other day about this....hopfully he gets to .500 on Saturday GBR Unless your only counting road games 09 OU was also a road game. Which would make him 1-1 The 09 OU game was in Lincoln. I think he means night game. Edit: Nexus beat me too it. Yep, forgot to clarify.... Quote Link to comment

ESPY
Pelini's defense at Nebraska has allowed only 12 points all-time vs aTm. (it happened in '03 when he was DC, but a stat's a stat. am i right?) Quote Link to comment

PaulCrewe
So nuance got me wondering.... OK here are some stats for ya'll. Bo Pelini's record, all games, as head coach(including the Alamo Bowl vs MSU) is 29-9. But let's break it down a little further. On even numbered days Bo is 13-3 a .813 percentage. On odd days Bo is 16-6 a .727 percentage. Bo is 21-6 against schools with some form of a animal as a mascot(Iowa State included for their old stupid cardinal/twister thing logo). Bo is 8-3 against schools with some form a person as their mascot. And the topper Bo is 5-0 on even numbered days on the road. Hey A&M is on the road on the 20th. HEY HEY!!!! Quote Link to comment
