There may be some who are reluctant to 'take him on' in that role this year, or simply waiting their turn - but i'm hoping they are seeing the value of the real fireplug on the floor. You can almost see the look in Derek's eye's when he has the thought, "that's enough of this sh*t!" and starts to just physically take people on. ...we may just have to call that position 'the Jeter'.
