Landlord
It's gonna be causing some damage in other places as well. Hawaii, for instance. Not to mention there was a 5.4 earthquake in China yesterday, which is no small tremor either. Quote Link to comment
Apathy
I just talked to my cousins husband via facebook and they seem to be doing ok and I don't think they suffered at all from this quake. They live in Japan but not sure where at, I'll have to find that out later today. Here is what he had to say, kind of funny: I got my board and waiting by the shore this is gonna be bitch'n man Quote Link to comment
Apathy
Update from my cousin We are doing well. Waited for a few hours to see a wave, but not even a ripple here. Feeling pretty blessed to not be in mainland Japan. Thanks for checking on us! Quote Link to comment

knapplc
A quote I read on BBC where a guy said they were trapped in their building because the elevators stopped working, and the people on the upper floors were "seasick" from all the rocking. Quote Link to comment
knapplc
CNN is reporting that 200-300 bodies have been found in a village in Japan. Tragic. Here's a gallery of pictures of the damage. This was a bad one. LINK Quote Link to comment
