knapplc You make some good points here. Again, I want to be wrong in thinking some of these things. Seeing if you heard different than me though.

 

First heard it was a week ago when the raid took place, they then said the same night.

 

Osama first had a gun and resisted, now he didn't have a gun but we still shot him.

 

He used a women as a shield, then now she wasn't a shield and was shot in the leg.

 

We paid Pakistan billions of dollars a year and he was 1,000 yards from their military base in a new built mansion for 5 years.

 

There wasn't guards around the buildings and Osama didn't have a gun, then who was the gun fight with?

 

There is also porn, violence, murder, swearing on television and the internet that children have access to. Release the photos.

 

These aren't smartass questions, but seeing if you heard the same thing or heard answers.

1)Why was the body dumped so quick? (Don't tell me that we wanted to "follow the rules and customs").

 

2 This marks the 3rd time that Osama has been considered "dead." 1st 2nd <---she was assassinated 1 month later, and now he's dead again.

 

Again, I'm proud to be an American. I'm not saying these things are true, but it is sketchy to me.

 

 

It's pretty clear from these quotes that you were doubting bin Laden had been killed at all. Now you're just trying to see if we've heard the same things?

 

Most likely we have not heard the same things, because I wouldn't be caught dead listening to a joke of a source like Fox "news."

 

Critical judgment on the information you're getting is a great thing to learn. Once you get it down, you'll never watch Fox again.

What I like best about conspiracies is that on one hand many people believe the federal government is incapable of doing anything correctly and on the other, usually the same group roughly, believes the same government is capable of perfect execution on a vast coverup.

 

Dumping the body right away was the most logical course of action after Saudi Arabia (apparently) refused to repatriate the remains for burial at an undisclosed location. It preempted controversy over the final resting place which could have been a distraction from actual issues in the region like democracy and economic opportunities. In a way I thought quietly dumping him in the ocean was the perfect end to a failed ideology.

I wasn't chosen to be born in American and neither were you. What would your thoughts be if you were born in England, Canada, Iraq, Australia, or Mexico? Bigger concern is our relationship with God and really believing what you preach.

My favorite conspiracy theorist, Alex Jones, used the conjecture of about 3 people who have said independently and with different causes that Osama was dead since 2001. He then says this proves that Osama has been dead since 2002.

He deserved far worse.

I agree, but what's frustrating is all the misinformation that gets spewed out...Like with all the differing stories that came out about how Pat Tillman was killed and now this. Just begging the conspiracy theorists to go off and the media to run with whatever seems to be more entertaining.
