Redtillimdead
Ok so all the grief being thrown upon little ole T-Optical illusion. What is everyones opinion on how far this team would have gone this year with Touchdown Tommie at the helm. Similar attributes IMO. Nobody could bounce a 10 yard out like dear mr. Frazier! And we can all agree that Tommie had a far superior team and coaches. My guess is we are all on here still bagging on Tommie and hoping for the next big thing to be recruited. Tommie was more of a leader but I think he would be a little more impatient with this o-line than T-the ball is in your hands and then poof it MAGICally disappears! Quote Link to comment
It'sNotAFakeID
Well Frazier has put on the pounds so I don't think we would've won as many games with Tommie under center. Quote Link to comment
Count 'Bility
Is this that option dude in disguise again? Quote Link to comment
jimk
Well Frazier has put on the pounds so I don't think we would've won as many games with Tommie under center. Tommie isn't getting under anything these days. Quote Link to comment
MJSkers
But his throwing motion is so much better! Isn't that all that matters!?!?! How it looks??? Doesn't matter if the guy catches it, it's only how it looks!!! Quote Link to comment
gobiggergoredder
Is this that option dude in disguise again? Where did 'Nebraska option' go? Quote Link to comment
It'sNotAFakeID
Bo told him he wasn't getting a scholarship. Quote Link to comment
WhatDoIKnow
Wow, really? Would we win national titles? Probably not. Not good enough on either side of the ball, but we would be better with a better record. Frazier could break tackles and make people miss with lateral quickness. Also one of the better ball handling QBs we have had and a better game manager. Quote Link to comment
T_O_Bull
Another what if thread. Tommis had an incredible OL. He had Phillips and Green at I-Back, both of whom could have been high in the Heisman voting. Nothing against Rex but he is no LP. The Defense we had were "REAL BLACKSHIRTS." David is good but he is not Terrel Farley. Don't think even Tommie in his prime could have carried this team to the promised land. T_O_B G>B>R Quote Link to comment
