The Red & White Knight
I have the solution to hurry up offenses - hit their players really hard so they can't get up quickly, fumble, get sore, and get shellshocked. psychological warfare!!!! Quote Link to comment
HuskerfaninOkieland
We might, depending on how some of the other games turn(ed) out. I haven't looked to see who won what, but I'm not worried about the rankings much. Conference play is when it counts. Taylor looked great today. All in all, solid performance. Aside from the D troubles early on. These hurry-up 2minute offenses are going to be a problem. Anyone else on the schedule running this? VaTech is the only Top 25 team I've seen that's lost so far. Fuzzy
We might. Let's have this conversation once all the games finish tonight. #13 V-Tech lost to unranked Pitt. They will fall, but i don't think enough out of the Top 25. #21 Arkansas lost to #1 Alabama. They didn't even score. #3 USC plays #16 Stanford tonight and #10 Michigan St. plays #19 Notre Dame. If Stanford and Notre Dame lose by more than 7 points tonight, i see the door opening just enough to let the Huskers back into the Top 25. Quote Link to comment
Husker no ka oi
V-tech lost and Stanford vs USC. USC wins we are back in the top 25, 22-25 range in both polls Quote Link to comment
tschu
We'll probably be barely in, but it doesn't matter. Next week doesn't matter either. Getting things all figured out before Wisconsin is the main thing right now Quote Link to comment
Foppa
Arkansas football is a joke this year. What a difference a year and a motorcycle ride makes. Quote Link to comment
Decked
Arkansas football is a joke this year. What a difference a year and a motorcycle ride makes. They also lost their starting QB. But yes I agree. Quote Link to comment

Haspula
We have to cheer for Florida to beat #23 Tennessee and MSU to beat #20 ND. We may make it back if both those teams lose tonight Quote Link to comment

We may make it back if both those teams lose tonight Florida is ranked, not Tennessee. But Wisconsin is down 14 - 3 against Utah St. I stand corrected on Tennessee, i was looking at the Coach's Poll. Another thing, don't be surprised if Northwestern jumps us in the rankings. They are undefeated. Quote Link to comment
walksalone
We'll be ranked by next week, TV we'll want us and Wisky ranked by the time they come to Lincoln.... Quote Link to comment

NUance
We might jump back in. #23 Tennessee is getting pummeled by Florida. And #21 Stanford is getting beat by U.S.C. Tennessee will definitely drop out. Stanford might depending on how bad they get beat. Sparty could help us if they'd quite f'ing around and kick ND to the curb. Quote Link to comment
